Anyone can
read or post messages on the Message Board.
The first time you post, you'll be asked to register an e-mail
address and name. This information is used in the operation
of the message board and will not be given to any third party.
By participating you will find out what other people are
doing with Euphoria, and you will be able to solve Euphoria
problems for yourself and for others. RDS participates as well,
and everyone benefits from lively and informative discussions.
These discussions are archived so you can retrieve them at any
time.
We also have two RSS feeds. The first has a
brief
summary of the last 8 messages. Just the Subject, Author and
the first sentence or two for each message. It could be used
on a customized news page such as MyYahoo, or perhaps as a
FireFox Live Bookmark.

The second feed holds the
full text of all messages
for the past day or two. If you check the feed at least once
per day, you are unlikely to miss anything.
It works nicely with Thunderbird, Opera, and other RSS readers
that display RSS items as e-mail messages. Compared to Topica
e-mail delivery (below), it is faster and more reliable, the messages
are always in order, and they come with nice fonts and
syntax coloring. Links are provided in each message for posting
replies via the Message Board. In Thunderbird, it might be better
to choose "display article summary", rather than loading
the Web page.

Try to stay on the topic of Euphoria or closely-related issues.
The moderator,
a sophisticated software filter developed by RDS,
may block distribution of an off-topic message. |

The Message Board displays the most recent messages.
The Search facility (above) will let you read all
messages going back several years.

Use Change Settings to record a signature
to be inserted at the end of your messages.

Once you have read a message, the color of the link to that
message will change from red to gray.

If your Internet time is limited, or you are paying by the minute,
you can download
all messages for the current month. Previous months
are stored as YYYYMM.TXT, e.g.
http://www.OpenEuphoria.org/mlist/200504.TXT
You might also want to try RSS, or Topica e-mail delivery
as described below.
