Tested with Euphoria Interpreter 4.0.0 development (r3059) for Linux
on Linux Mint and Parsix Kev.

Just unpack everything, and run. All files are in the 'demos' folder.

I put the demos folder in my home directory: i.e. /home/irv/demos

Run the program 'alltests.ex' from an x-term!
$> eui alltests
This will allow you to see the results of some of the operations
and error messages, if any, from both EuGTK and GTK. You may also edit
or view the source code for these test programs, just type the name of
your favorite editor into the box at the bottom of the "alltests" screen.

Updated Feb.1, 2010 for GTK version 2.20.
That should not prevent it from working with earlier versions.

If you do not have the latest GTK libraries installed, some
'widgets' and some functions will not work.

If you do not see icons on the buttons, try running gconf-editor and under
desktop/gnome/interface check the checkbox to show icons on buttons.
